This award winning vinegar has a delicate acidity with a floral sweetness. The flavour is bright and zingy and nicely rounded. Add to gin, cordial, and sparkling water for a refreshing cocktail. It makes a lovely salad dressing and can be spritzed over roast vegetables. Also great drizzled on ice cream.
