We slow roast our peanuts to bring out their distinct flavour. The peanuts are caramelised with sugar in small batches to give them a caramel crunch. Once cooled the peanuts are cooled in a peanut butter, milk and dark chocolate mixture, before being enrobed in 58% dark chocolate and cocoa powder.
