An English sparkling cider made in the traditional method, using 100% English Bramley apples. This 'celebration' cider is a great, lower alcohol alternative to sparkling wine for any occasion. Expect the same qualities and refinement as any fine sparkling wine, just with plenty of English apples, fine bubbles and complexity from the yeast lees ageing in bottle for 18 months.
