Produced from selected parcels of grapes and made in small batches, this English sparkling wine is created to express the fruit used to make it. Minimal intervention techniques mean you get a wine that reflects the terroir. Ageing on the lees in bottle for 18 months means you should get bags of bready, biscuity, brioche character you should expect from the finest sparkling wines. The wine is the occasion, pop and enjoy!
