Rump Rub gives an earthy hot spice penetrating flavour which comes from paprika and chilli powders.

Rump Rub is suited for any cut of beef, and perfect when rubbed onto your Brisket or any joint. It gives a hot outer spice crust when used on joints but we do advise using this sparingly on steaks and smaller cuts of meat...unless you think you can handle the heat of course.
