Fish Hook seasoning is full of flavour but doesn't over power the taste of the fish. You get the classic taste of salt & pepper, with hints of garlic, oregano, cumin, thyme, paprika and cayenne pepper with a final subtle, taste bud tingling, hit of citrus lemon.
