Amarillo chillis are a type of chilli pepper that come from South America. They have a fruity, citrusy flavour and are a perfect addition to our bars because they mellow the bitterness of dark chocolate.
The Aztecs were famed for combining chilli and chocolate, so let’s reunite this perfect Peruvian pair!
Our Amarillo Chilli bars are ingeniously sweetened with yacon syrup and a touch of coconut sugar. These cane sugar alternatives have a lower GI and are more sustainably produced, looking out for your health AND mother nature’s!
