Our Roasted Coconut Curry Paste takes its inspiration from a Goan Xacuti curry. It makes a beautifully-creamy dish that's bursting with aromatic flavour and a medium heat. Each jar serves four and comes with an easy-to-follow recipe for Chicken Curry but you can switch this for whatever takes your fancy. It's equally delicious with white fish, roasted veg or chickpeas. Heat rating: 2/3 chillies Serves 4 185g

Ingredients

onion, water, vegetable oil, desiccated coconut (10%), lemon juice (from concentrate, potassium METABISULPHITE), tomato puree, ginger, garlic, tamarind, salt, sugar, chilli, smoked paprika, coriander, cumin, white poppy seeds, turmeric, mace, nutmeg, fennel, star anise, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, acidity regulator: citric acid.
