Our Roasted Coconut Curry Paste takes its inspiration from a Goan Xacuti curry. It makes a beautifully-creamy dish that's bursting with aromatic flavour and a medium heat. Each jar serves four and comes with an easy-to-follow recipe for Chicken Curry but you can switch this for whatever takes your fancy. It's equally delicious with white fish, roasted veg or chickpeas.
