Kashmiri chillies are not known for their heat but more for their stunning colour.
Beetroot powder just enhances the colour even further allowing our Tandoori not to be Hot but a suitable for the whole family.
As i have mentioned before, Zepice is about family dining and most of our blends are suitable for the whole family.
We use condiments and chilli pastes at the table to allow each person to spice up according their preference.
To me this makes perfect sense, especially as a busy mum of 4.
I believe that Tandoori is an under used blend and always thought of as being great for just chicken, but is definitely perfect with so much more.
