This is a delicious and perfect way to subtly add flavour to your food. This is not as common as I would like it to be. It is a hidden treasure used by many chefs to add flavour to food. It is so simple, easy and adds instant impact to food straightaway. You can use it as an alternative to your regular salt. Instantly see how it improves flavour and adds intensity to your dish. Using our award winning Oak Smoked blend, we give you a unique blend that as well as being full of flavour is moreover one of the easiest ways to add instant flavour. The Shichimi Togarashi helps elevate the flavours and works uniquely to compliment all the other ingredients. The kaffir lime is just another addition but equally as important as it gives it a subtle hint which is just perfect.
