We age an adapted version of our London Dry Gin in Rye Whiskey Casks for up to a year to achieve a perfect balance between the complexity of both the gin and the cask’s characters. The resulting hybrid is a unique spirit with complexity, smoothness and depth.
A core botanical lineup includes Oak Moss, Cobnuts, Gorse Flowers, Hawthorn, Bay Laurel, Poppy Seeds, Honey, and Rosehips.
