Our Raspberry Ghost captures the true aroma of Kentish raspberries at the peak of their aromatic ripeness. Named Ghost for the subtlety of the spirit, and in homage to the German name for the distillation technique,

We only use quality surplus fruit, working with local fruit farmers to use berries which can’t be sold to supermarkets.
