Each year, hundreds of tons of blackcurrants are grown in Southern
England. Much of the crop goes to make a classic blackcurrant
children’s drink, but a quota system - good for the farmers - also means
that there is usually surplus supply.
We expertly distill these incredibly fragrant and perfectly ripe fruits in
our renewable-powered copper still to extract only the most desirable
aromatic compounds.
