Woolery Forbes’ rum fruitcake is made of a blend of fruits matured in a blend of three types of Jamaican alcohol. It is a rich fruit cake and its distinctive flavour comes from the three year old fermented fruits used to bake the cake.
Like all other Woolery Forbes products, this cake is lovingly handmade in small batches with the finest natural ingredients from a family recipe which is well over 100 years old.

Store in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight and heat in the original packaging.
