Woolery Forbes' luxurious Fine Food Award Winning Cake
A rich,moist and satisfyingly deliciously moreish fruit cake made with fresh flavourful marzipan.
Woolery Forbes’ simnel cake is made of a blend of fruits matured in a blend of three types of Jamaican alcohol. This award winning cake is made of a rich fruit cake which is baked with a layer of marzipan in the middle of the cake. After baking it is decorated with marzipan which is then toasted and decorated with 24k edible gold.
Like all other Woolery Forbes products, this simnel cake is lovingly handmade in small batches with the finest natural ingredients from a family recipe which is well over 100 years old.

Store in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight and heat in the original packaging.
