The Windsor batch gin is handcrafted with a refined blend of over 10 different botanicals. The botanicals include rosemary, lemon balm and lavender which are lovingly distilled and bottled in small batches for you to enjoy.

Set within the countryside of Windsor is The Tarbay Botanist gin distillery.
We hand make our fine craft gin in small batches using natural products which are home grown where possible.
The Windsor batch won bronze in the IWSC in 2020.
