The Tarbay Botanist started selling its first batch in January 2020.
We are based in the countryside of Windsor and make our craft gin using natural and home grown products (where possible).
The Windsor Batch is or core gin and we make seasonal varieties throughout the year.
All our gin is distilled, bottled and labelled by hand.
