The three flavours:
Traditional Salted Caramel, with Fleur de Sel de Camargue - Tiny delicate crystals of a hand harvested French sea salt. We blend the caramel with rich Ghanaian milk chocolate and encase it in vintage Madagascan dark chocolate.
Muscovado Salted Caramel is rich with molasses and treacle-like flavours and uses Maldon sea salt to highlight its depth and length of flavour.
Palm Blossom Salted Caramel, our unique creation, the aromatic and perfumed. Using a sugar made from the nectar of coconut palm blossoms we create an unctuous caramel that has butterscotch and perfumed notes. A little pink Himalayan salt is added to create a chocolate than you just can't help coming back to.
