Our blend is inspired by the Mayans & Aztecs who used ground maize to thicken their drinks and a primitive whisk called a molinillo to create a delicious frothy top.

Our blend, made with real chocolate, two types of chilli from the South Devon Chilli Farm, and cinnamon, and is similar to how the Mayans & Aztecs who used spice their drinks. The chilli isn't fierce and provides a gentle background heat the lift the flavour of the chocolate.
