Sweet oranges are simmered with juniper and a large glut of Cornish gin. The bitterness of gin counteracts the lovely sweet taste of ripe oranges. This marmalade should be enjoyed on a thick slice of buttery toast or try glazing your ham before roasting.

One jar of Orange and Tarquin’s Gin marmalade contains: Sugar, Oranges, Concentrated Lemon Juice (sulphites), Tarquin’s Gin, Juniper
Prepared with 50g fruit to 100g
Total sugar content: 69g per 100g
Gelling agent: Pectin
Store in a cool dry place and once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 21 days.
