These beautifully "Christmas" decorated mini fruitcakes are handmade from a traditional family recipe which is over 100 years old. It highlights the best of British and Jamaican cuisine. It takes a year or more to prepare the dried fruits before baking. After baking the cakes are given time to mature. Each of our cakes take at least 18 months to get to market.
The entire process is a work of passion as it takes patience and dedication to creating our handmade treats.
