Noble and Stace Chocolatiers began 7 years ago after two Mikes had a dream to give up their office jobs and do something a little more creative with a product they love!
Based in the heart of the South Downs, all our chocolates are still made very much by hand, in small batches and using many award winning local ingredients including freshly roasted coffee, sparkling wines and even gin!
We're extremely proud to have won 2 gold stars in the 2020 Great Taste Awards for our Gin and Orange Truffles and most recently 2 gold stars in 2022 for our Brown Sugar Penuche.
We're passionate about producing really fresh chocolates and love working with like minded Sussex producers to bring our fellow chocolate lovers something completely unique!
