The Maker says…
Handcrafted using fresh ingredients and Ditchling Sussex gin. Each truffle is decorated by hand before being filled with a dark chocolate, gin and orange ganache and sealed with a layer of chocolate.
The Great Taste judges commented "The dark chocolate is good quality and has lasting depth of flavour, and the ganache is smooth, rich and creamy. The gin and orange are really fresh and well-balanced. Excellent!"
Everything at Noble and Stace Chocolatiers is made in small batches so your chocolates are as fresh as possible.
