Our Fazenda Santa Rita friends are located in the mountain range of Serra do Caparao, between the states of Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo in Brazil. Serra do Caparao is a place of lush fertility and natural beauty, with the famous Pico da Bandeira, one of the highest parts of Brazil. Jasmine is light boded coffee with bright floral notes of Jasmine and honey . Lovely sweet and floral aftertaste with strong floral notes and sugarcane acidity Roasted light for better showcase the floral notes . Makes a great aeropress of filter coffee , but also good for French press. Naturally processed ,this Yellow Bourbon variety, grown at 1,450m.
