Once a popular jelly with game meats, this jelly is now hard to come by. We grow the medlars that make up this jelly which can be enjoyed with cheese and roasts as well as game. It's sweet aromatic taste makes this an unusual treat. Like all our jellies, it's made in very small batches of around 10 jars at a time. No added pectin and it's vegan too!
