Our Fazenda Santa Rita friends are located in the mountain range of Serra do Caparao, between the states of Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo in Brazil. Serra do Caparao is a place of lush fertility and natural beauty, with the famous Pico da Bandeira, one of the highest parts of Brazil. Castanhas do Brasil is a medium dark roast full-bodied coffee with beautiful hints of almonds and dark chocolate. The beans are the Red Cataui variety, grown at 1,000 m, produced using the peeled cherry process.
