A delicious chilli paste made from our family recipe to add to literally everything! My mum first made this paste when she was 12 years old to take to boarding school because the food was bland and she used this chilli paste to flavour her meals. Use this as a marinade, table sauce, cooking ingredient or condiment. This paste particularly goes well with meat dishes.
