Our Yorkshire Dama Ricotta is made from the whey proteins which are produced when we are making our delicious Squeaky Cheese Halloumi! It can be chilled in the fridge or frozen for up to 3 months.
We suggest you use our Ricotta in both sweet and savoury recipes, from pancakes with a drizzle of honey, cheesecakes, baked pasta dishes, or on top of pizzas.
