They have 19% plant-based protein – meaning you feel fuller for longer - are gluten free, vegetarian, and high in fibre. They have no artificial ingredients or palm oil and contain only 99 calories per serving. Because they are popped – not fried – they have 60% less fat than regular fried crisps.
