Luisa, ‘UK Rising Star’ in Chocolate, is the first Bean-To-Bar chocolate maker in Nottingham, taking her chocolate through the delicate artisan process by hand. Luisa only sources the finest quality beans, and only directly sources to pay her farmers a better than fair trade price for their crop. All chocolate is made with no refined sugar, artificial flavourings, and all products happen to be vegan. From single origin dark chocolate to our ‘casholate’ better than dairy milk chocolate made with nuts, and range of truffles, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
After leaving my career as an art and textiles teacher, I took the leap to become Nottingham's first Bean-to-Bar chocolate-maker, a form of artistry. I am passionate about keeping my craft ethical and am in direct contact with my farmers.
