These chai blends are created by Mira Manek, her mother and grandmother. They were served in Mira's cafe Chai by Mira in Kingly Court Soho, which has been closed since Covid, and is now an online brand... but look out for future pop-ups. Mira is also the author of two books, Saffron Soul and Prajna - Ayurvedic Rituals for Happiness.
