A refreshing, delicate and complex gin opening with Mediterranean citrus, middle notes of British herbs and some woodiness, ending with warm Asian spices and a final lingering smokiness from the birch syrup.

The Maker says…

This luxury handcrafted gin is produced in micro batches (around 200 bottles per batch) using the one-shot method, distilling the exact amount of botanicals in one go and never adding concentrate or compounding afterwards. Only 2 or 3% of the World’s gin is made using this method. Launched in August 2020, Birch Gin has already won four international awards. Bronze World Gin Awards 2021, Silver Gin Masters 2020, Silver London Spirits Competition 2021, Gold Women's Wine & Spirits Awards 2021. Created by Justin Birch, this stunning gin contains Birch Syrup, Juniper, Coriander, Rosemary, Orris Root, Lemongrass, Orange, Lime, Grapefruit, Cardamom, Ginger and Cinnamon and a secret ingredient. Our bottles are 50 CL and the ABV is 42%. It took Justin ten years to create the recipe for Birch Gin - it was worth every second!
