Terms and Conditions 

The Veganuary 2024 prize draw (the 'Draw') is brought to you by Melted Inside International Limited ("The Promoter") and available to all users on Instagram between 2 January 2024 and 23 January 2024 (the prize draw period).

To Enter

To enter this prize draw, user will be required to

1. Post and tell us your favorite vegan dish  

2. Follow @MeltedInside on Instagram 

3. Tag a friend who is an instagram user

Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

Only entries on Instagram will be eligible for the prize draw. Posts on other social media platforms will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.

Melted Inside does not accept any responsibility for entries that are incomplete or cannot be entered into the Draw for any technical or other reason beyond the reasonable control of Melted Inside.

We will store and use the name, address and email address of the participants for the purpose of administering the Draw. When processing the personal data we will comply with our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

This prize draw is open, subject to any other qualifications in these terms and conditions, to all residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over with a valid Instagram account, except for employees of Melted Inside, its associated companies, agents, third parties or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw. Proof of age may be required.

By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the terms and conditions of this prize draw. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.

No purchase necessary. There is no charge to submit an entry.

This Prize Draw is neither sponsored nor endorsed by Instagram.

 

Deadline of Entry

Entries must be received between 10:00 on 02 January 2024 and 20:00 on 24 January 2024 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

The deadline for entering this prize draw is 20:00:00 UK time everyday during 2 Jan 2024 and 23 Jan 2024. Entries between 20:00:00 and 23:59:59 UK time every day will not be considered.

 

The prize

The winning prize for each winner is the Time for Vegan Treats gift box of Melted Inside worth £45.00. (the 'Prize'). 

Melted Inside reserves the right to replace or amend the prize at any time. The prize item will only be delivered to a UK address.

Winning

The post that receives the most number of likes on the day before 20:00 UK time will be the winner. 

While participants can enter multiple times during the prize draw period, a participant can only win the prize once during the prize draw period. If the entry that receives the most like on the day is posted by a winner on previous days during the prize draw period, the post that receives the second most number of likes before 20:00 UK time will be the winner of the day.

If there are more than one posts that receive the same number of likes on the day, Melted Inside will choose one winner for the day.

Melted Inside reserves the right to verify the winners’ eligibility before awarding the Prize.

Winner Notification

We will endeavour to notify the winners by direct message on Instagram by the 31st of January 2024. If a winner does not respond to Melted Inside within 2 days of first being notified by Melted Inside, then the Prize will be forfeited and Melted Inside shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email from Melted Inside within 2 days or else they will also forfeit the Prize).

If a winner rejects the Prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Melted Inside shall be entitled to select another winner. Melted Inside may ask the Prize winners to participate in publicity associated with the Draw but participating in publicity is not a requirement of entering the prize draw.

Please allow 7 days from the date of the winner’s address verification for delivery of the prize. 

Entrants into the competition opt in to receiving marketing emails from Melted Inside. Entrants can withdraw their consent at any time. 

 

Limitation of Liability

Melted Inside accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment incurred by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the Prize.

We shall not be responsible for (i) any losses you may incur as a result of the prize draw, which are greater than the value of the Prize, or (ii) any losses which were not foreseen by either party at the time you entered the Draw, except for any losses attributable to our fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any losses attributable to a deliberate lie on our part.

The products won must be consumed in accordance with their instructions. Winner of the prize accepts responsibility of checking the allergens before consumption. Melted Inside further disclaims responsibility for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Draw, except as required by law.

Melted Inside shall have the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and at any time without notice, to modify or discontinue this Draw with or without prior notice in each case due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud), such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

The decision of Melted Inside in all matters relating to the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Media platform.

You are providing your information to Melted Inside International Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy.

These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

1. 1. The promoter is Melted Inside International Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (registration number 12197482), whose registered office is at 49 Station Road, Polegate, BN26 6EA.
   2. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   3. The prizes will only be delivered to a UK address.
   4. Melted Inside International Ltd will notify the winner when and explain how the prize can be accessed.
   5. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent,
   6. The winner’s name will be available 2 days after closing date by emailing the following address: letusknow@meltedinside.com. 
   7. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
