Terms and conditions 

• This prize draw is brought to you by Melted Inside (the 'Draw') and available to all users on Instagram between 26^th July 2021 – 6^th August 2021.
  
  

Eligibility

2. To be eligible for the Draw customers must be aged 18 years or over, available in the UK, and must not be employees of Melted Inside and their immediate families, or employees of agents or suppliers of Melted Inside. By entering this 'Draw', you accept these terms and conditions.
3. Entry by companies or organisations will not be accepted.
4. If you would rather not be automatically entered into the Draw, or if you have any questions about the Draw please email letusknow@meltedinside.com with ‘Picnic Prize Draw' in the subject line. Entries can be made by writing to Marketing, Melted Inside International Limited, 49 Station Road, Polegate, BN26 6EA before 6^th August 2021.
5. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Melted Inside International Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Prize Draw.
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
7. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   
   

To Enter

8. Each user must follow @MeltedInside on Instagram. To enter the user tags a friend and adds their favourite picnic spot. Each user tagged is a single draw entry.
9. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
10. Melted Inside does not accept any responsibility for entries that are incomplete or cannot be entered into the Draw for any technical or other reason beyond the reasonable control of Melted Inside.
11. We will store and use your name, address and email address for the purpose of administering the Draw. When processing your personal data we will comply with our Privacy Policy.

 

Deadline of Entry

12.  The deadline for entering this prize draw is 23:59:59 on 6^th August 2021

 

The prize

13. The winning prize consists of two £40 Gift Vouchers to spend at MeltedInside.com (the 'Prize'). 
14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
15. Melted Inside reserves the right to replace or amend the prize at any time.

1. The items purchased by the Gift Voucher prizes will only be delivered to a UK address.
   
   

Winning

17. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of people that have been tagged and been entered into the Draw. The Draw will be overseen by an independent person.

1. Melted Inside International Ltd will notify the winner when and explain how the prize can be accessed.

19. We will endeavour to notify the winners by direct message on Instagram by the 20th of August 2021. If a winner does not respond to Melted Inside within 2 days of first being notified by Melted Inside, then the Prize will be forfeited and Melted Inside shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email from Melted Inside within 2 days or else they will also forfeit the Prize).
20. If a winner rejects the Prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Melted Inside shall be entitled to select another winner. Melted Inside may ask the Prize winners to participate in publicity associated with the Draw but participating in publicity is not a requirement of entering the Draw.
21. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by emailing Letusknow@meltedinside.com within one month of 20^th August 2021. Melted Inside reserves the right to verify the winners’ eligibility before awarding the Prize.
    
    

Limitation of Liability

22. Melted Inside International Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Prize Draw.
23. The decision of Melted Inside in all matters relating to the Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Melted Inside accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment incurred by you as a result of entering the Draw or accepting the Prize.
25. We shall not be responsible for (i) any losses you may incur as a result of the Draw, which are greater than the value of the Prize, or (ii) any losses which were not foreseen by either party at the time you entered the Draw, except for any losses attributable to our fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any losses attributable to a deliberate lie on our part.
26. The products won must be consumed in accordance with their instructions. Winner of the prize accepts responsibility of checking the allergens before consumption. Melted Inside further disclaims responsibility for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Draw, except as required by law.
27. Melted Inside shall have the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and at any time without notice, to modify or discontinue this Draw with or without prior notice in each case due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud), such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
28. Melted Inside International Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Melted Inside International Ltd control. Any changes to the Prize Draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Melted Inside International Ltd.
29. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Media platform.
30. You are providing your information to Melted Inside International Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy.
31. The promoter is Melted Inside International Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (registration number 12197482), whose registered office is at 49 Station Road, Polegate, BN26 6EA.
32. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
33. The winner’s name will be available 2 days after closing date by emailing the following address: letusknow@meltedinside.com.
34. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
