Forthay Granola was born thanks to our 17th Century farmhouse Bed & Breakfast in the Cotswolds. I had been making our guests freshly baked gluten free granola for their breakfast, they loved it so much they wanted to buy it by the bag!
When Covid struck and the bed & breakfast was forced to close it provided the perfect opportunity to create more blends.
Ainsley Hariott heard about our incredible foodie journey and included Debs and her granola in his programme, Good Mood Food in October 2021, filming her make her granola in the Cotswolds.
We have now won 5 Taste Awards, we still bake our granola and muesli fresh for every customers order, but we have moved from our farmhouse kitchen table to a granola bakery in a converted dairy.
We have grown to a small team of 3, and are passionate about the quality, flavour, ingredients used in our granola’s to create delicious healthy cereals for all dietary needs that taste so good customers can’t help grazing on them all day.
