A family owned and run business, our aim at Hussingtree Gin is to create distinctive handcrafted gin, inspired by the array of wonderful produce available in our home county of Worcestershire.
We dry and grind our botanicals, as this means greater flavour can be extracted during distillation. Our London Dry Gins have a wonderfully smooth texture and rounded flavours, in part down to the traditional alembic copper stills from Portugal that we use.
By following the one shot method we don’t add any flavourings or sweeteners to the gin after distillation. The only thing we add is filtered water in order to bring the gin down to the desired 40% ABV.
