Tasting Notes:
The nose has earthy base notes with apricot rising to the top note, while juniper leads on the palate, followed by a smooth elderflower body. The fresh apricot comes through at the finish, completing this beautifully balanced gin.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a classic G&T with No.6 tonic water and garnish with orange peel to enhance the apricot notes. Alternatively, try it with a warming ginger ale or spiced tonic for a comforting winter serve.
