Tasting Notes:
The flavour profile is wonderfully subtle yet complex. The nose greets with fresh green notes and underlying citrus hints, while the palate is led by juniper and coriander, followed by a zesty citrus base. The finish is rounded off with fresh green samphire and a slight salty touch that tingles the taste buds.
Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy as a traditional G&T with a modern twist by adding a succulent pink grapefruit tonic to bring out the delicate citrus tones. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit or a sprig of samphire (and a pinch of salt if you’re feeling adventurous) to create a refreshing summer cocktail.
