The Nose: This hibiscus gin has an equal balance of fig, sage, and thyme throughout.
The Mouth: Juniper and thyme lead at the forefront, with fresh fig in the body. The addition of sage and other herbs adds a herbal twist to follow on the palate and concluded with a freshness of fig coming to the forefront leaving you with a sweet glowing warmth.
Serving Suggestion: A classic G and T served in a large glass with plenty of ice, orange peel and a fresh sage leaf.
