As the summer months are on the horizon, we have been inspired to create a light refreshing herbal based gin. This blend has distinctive notes of fennel, lemon and thyme as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries.

Tasting Notes: Fennel runs throughout the gin, whilst the juniper provides a strong persistent backdrop with refreshing citrus and thyme undertones.
Serving Suggestions: Serve as a classic G&T, or why not try it with a summer twist? And serve with Sicilian lemonade instead of tonic water and garnish with lemon.
