This prize draw is brought to you by Melted Inside (the 'Draw') and available to all customers who make a purchase at https://www.meltedinside.com (“Website”) between 00:00 1 December 2020 and 23:59 14 December 2020 (GMT).

Eligibility and how to enter

To be eligible for the Draw customers must be aged 18 years or over, available in the UK, must not return the purchase made during the Draw Window and must not be employees of Melted Inside and their immediate families, or employees of agents or suppliers of Melted Inside. By entering this 'Draw', you accept these terms and conditions.

If you would rather not be automatically entered into the Draw, or if you have any questions about the Draw please email letusknow@meltedinside.com with 'WIN the ultimate parcel of comfort and joy' in the subject line. Entries can be made without making a purchase by writing to Melted Inside International Development Limited, 49 Station Road, Polegate, BN26 6EA  before 05 December 2020.

There is one entry to the Draw per person and additional purchases will not result in additional entries to the Draw.

Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

Melted Inside does not accept any responsibility for entries that are incomplete or cannot be entered into the Draw for any technical or other reason beyond the reasonable control of Melted Inside.

The winner will be chosen from a random draw of people that have made purchases and been entered into the Draw. The Draw will be overseen by an independent person.

We will store and use your name, address and email address for the purpose of administering the Draw. When processing your personal data we will comply with our Privacy Policy.

Deadline of entry. 23:59 on 14^th December 2020.

Melted Inside may replace some or all of the contents of the Prize with items of the same or similar value. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Only UK residents over 18 may apply.  Proof of ID may be required.

WINNING

We will endeavour to notify the winners by email within 2 days of 14 December 2020. If a winner does not respond to Melted Inside within2 days of first being notified by Melted Inside, then the Prize will be forfeited and Melted Inside shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email from Melted Inside within 2 days or else they will also forfeit the Prize).

If a winner rejects the Prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Melted Inside shall be entitled to select another winner. Melted Inside may ask the Prize winners to participate in publicity associated with the Draw but participating in publicity is not a requirement of entering the Draw.

The winner’s name and county can be obtained by emailing Letusknow@meltedinside.com  within one month of 14 December 2020. Melted Inside reserves the right to verify the winners’ eligibility before awarding the Prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Melted Inside accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment incurred by you as a result of entering the Draw or accepting the Prize.

We shall not be responsible for (i) any losses you may incur as a result of the Draw, which are greater than the value of the Prize, or (ii) any losses which were not foreseen by either party at the time you entered the Draw, except for any losses attributable to our fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any losses attributable to a deliberate lie on our part.

The products won must be consumed in accordance with their instructions. Winner of the prize accepts responsibility of checking the allergens before consumption. Melted Inside further disclaims responsibility for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Draw, except as required by law.

Melted Inside shall have the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and at any time without notice, to modify or discontinue this Draw with or without prior notice in each case due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud), such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

The decision of Melted Inside in all matters relating to the Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
3. The prizes will only be delivered to a UK address.
4. Melted Inside International Ltd will notify the winner when and explain how the prize can be accessed.
5. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
