We have five types of loyalty points - and hence the name M.E.L.T.S. Let's find out how you can earn more of these points.

Maker Supporter Points

We'd like to encourage our customers to give long term support to our makers. Therefore when you shop from the same maker 3 months in a row, you will earn 10 MELTS points.

Explorer Points

Melted Inside is a platform for foodies who care. When you support new makers, those who just published their profiles and listed their products, you will earn extra 10 points per order.

 Loving Giver Points

We believe in sharing and gifting, telling your loved ones you care. Therefore, when you order a Product(s) to be delivered to an address other than your own, you will earn 10 MELTS per order.

Tell Your Friends Points

We need your help to give us feedback and give our makers the encouragement they deserve. When your leave a review on the product or the maker(s) you have bought from and the review has been published on Melted Inside, you will earn 10 MELTS per review. 

Star Supporter Points

We value every one of our customer and every order you have made with us. To us that is your trust in us and our makers. When you order any product(s) on Melted Inside, you will earn 2 MELTS per £1 spent.

It is very possible to be awarded multiple MELTS in one order. 

MELTS can be redeemed against the purchase of a product at the following values:

500pts = £10

1000pts = £12

1500pts = £20
