A greener twist on our original Barbados sauce recipe. A homemade mild coconut curry sauce with herbs and tropical flavours to bring a little sunshine any meat, fish or vegetable dish. You can use this sauce as the base of your own Caribbean curry or as a standalone cooking sauce.

Ingredients
