Cooking Instructions
Pour 3 tbsps of oil in a hot pan and then add the sauce.
Add 400grams of uncooked pork and stir well. Cook on low heat with the lid closed for 10–15 minutes.
Remove the lid and simmer, stirring regularly, until the pork is cooked and the sauce has thickened. Add additional water if the sauce thickens too quick.
Sprinkle fresh coriander to garnish and serve with rice, Naan bread or chapatti.
