It is also known as red bush or bush-tea and naturally caffeine free. This rooibos grows wild in the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa. It is harvested only a few times a year, on horseback with machetes to protect the delicate ecosystem - making sure that no damage is done to other indigenous flora or fauna. A percentage of revenue from Rare Tea is invested into Rare Charity (rarecharity.com) - to implement social change through education. Infusion Guide We reccomend using 2.5g of tea per 150ml of water. 100°C water. Infuse for 1-3 minutes - depending how you like it. The leaves can be infused at least twice. Storage and shelf life: Once the pouch is open and decanted into the storage tin, we recommend drinking it within 6 months.
