We have been crafting chocolate from our home in rural Worcestershire for years, having finally started our little business a couple of years ago. We make the chocolate ourselves from scratch - the cocoa is stone ground for 12 hours, then conched for 12 for a beautiful smooth finish. We also temper our chocolate by hand for that perfect snap and shine!
