Simon’s Marmalade Gin Liqueur is made by infusing a London Dry Gin with Simon’s Rich, Dark & Tangy Marmalade. Mixed with ginger ale, cucumber and mint it is a delicious cool summer drink. It is also a great base for a cocktail, in Prosecco or drizzled over ice cream. In fact what you do with Simon’s Marmalade Gin Liqueur is only limited by your own imagination!
