The deep, rich, caramelised citrus flavours of the marmalade are great on sourdough toast, in sauces or with firm blue and mature hard cheeses. These marmalade flavours are very much present in the gin liqueur, which makes a super winter warmer on its own or, mixed with ginger ale, cucumber and mint, a delicious cool summer drink. Simon's Shortbread literally melts in your mouth and is a real treat. Simon's Marmalade Shortbread has a gentle hint of marmalade.
