This medium heat Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam was inspired by similar jams which Daddy Cool had the opportunity to try in Jamaica many moons ago. After years of reminiscing, fantasising and longing for that authentic Caribbean flavour, it seemed only right to make the same great flavours accessible to his followers.
Daddy Cool has carefully selected the best Scotch Bonnet Chillies to add to this jam which gives a tiny part of Jamaica to each jar, thus giving us all that well-deserved break, we want and need.
You may be sat in your back yard in Manchester having a BBQ for 2, but this jam will have you sweating like you’re tanning your cheeks on Montego Bay.
