The herbs in Restora-tea have been chosen to help boost and maintain the immune system. It contains ginseng which is an adaptogen herb which helps the body cope with stress, whether physical, mental or emotional. Also help aid the body to recover from periods of illness. Drink 2-3 cups per day on the obset and during periods of low immunity.
